Log House with Sauna

Cozy log house in Saaremaa for those looking for a beautiful countryside escape with a touch of real local life. Perfect for remote work or studying, a romantic escape, or simply spending quality time together with family or friends. The log house is especially cozy for up to 4 guests, but with the sofa bed included, it can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 6.

Take a break from everyday life and recharge yourself in the middle of greenery and fresh sea air, with Laevaranna beach just a 1.3km away. Dogs are warmly welcome. And of course — birds singing in the mornings and endless starry skies at night are all included in the experience.

Vanatuuliku is also our home, and our own building is located nearby the log house. Guests should therefore expect a genuine countryside atmosphere rather than complete isolation. We always do our best to stay respectful, quiet and not disturb your peace, while still being close by if needed. And every now and then, one of the friendly neighbours may stop by for a little chat or a wave — countryside life in Saaremaa comes with a bit of community charm included free of charge 🙂

On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom, a cozy sofa corner, and a small hallway area perfect for reading, working remotely, or simply relaxing with a book.
Please note that the stairs leading upstairs are quite steep. For the safety of younger guests, safety gates have been installed at the upper floor.

The first floor includes two single bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a sauna with a shower, and a toilet. The living room and kitchen were fully renovated in spring 2026, and while the current photos do not yet reflect the updates, new pictures will be added soon.
